Our journey began with sourcing premium quality wheat directly from Sehore, Madhya Pradesh — a region known for its strong, nutrient-rich grains. We work closely with farmers who understand the value of quality over quantity, ensuring that only original, carefully selected grains reach our mills.
Instead of high-speed industrial processing, we embraced the low RPM stone-ground (chakki) method. This slow grinding process reduces heat, helping preserve natural fiber, wheat germ nutrients, and authentic taste.
The result? Freshly ground atta that smells like real wheat and makes soft, wholesome rotis — just like traditional homes once enjoyed.
